Recipe ingredients
- 12 scallops
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) 35% cream*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh coriander or paprika*
- 1 tsp. (2 mL) fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL)olive oil*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL)butter*
Preparation
Let scallops stand 5 minutes, in the cream, coriander or paprika and lemon juice blend.
In a frying pan, heat the oil and butter.
Sauté scalopps briskly; 1 to 2 minutes
Suggestion
Scallops ought to be fried or poached rapidly (1 to 2 minutes.) Scallops are cooked when the flesh becomes opaque. Cooking time depends on size of the scallops varying from 2 to 4 minutes.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
