Recipe ingredients
- 1 1-kg box Irresistible Apple Crisp* (bakery department)
- Coulis
- 1 10-oz. (300-g) box frozen cranberries (reserve a few whole cranberries)
- 4 Tbsp. (60 mL) sugar*
- 8 Tbsp. (120 mL) apple or orange juice* or water
- As required, Irresistible vanilla ice cream*
Preparation
Put a piece of apple crisp on a plate, pour coulis around it and serve with ice cream.
In a microwave-safe dish, heat cranberries on maximum power for 4 minutes.
Add sugar and liquid and put through a food mill.
Strain to remove seeds.
