Recipe ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- Marinade
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) salad dressing
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chicken bouillon concentrate
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh chopped oregano
- 3 Tbsp. (30 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation
In a bowl, mix marinade ingredients together, then add chicken breasts. Coat evenly. Marinate covered 10 to 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Heat a frying pan, sear marinated chicken breasts, then place in an ovenproof dish.
Boil marinade in the frying pan and pour over chicken breasts.
Roast uncovered 12 to 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
