Recipe ingredients
- ½ cup (125 mL) olive oil*
- 1 cup (250 mL) beer
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) powdered mustard
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Dijon mustard*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Meaux mustard
- ¼ tsp. (1 mL) cayenne pepper
- Hot sauce (harissa) to taste
Preparation
Pour the oil and beer into a bowl. Combine the three mustards and cayenne pepper while whisking.
Season to taste with the hot sauce. Mix again. Refrigerate.
