Recipe ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) dry sherry
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) soya sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) peanut oil*
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) chopped parsley
  • A pinch of fennel seeds
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

Preparation

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.

Pour the sauce into small individual bowls.

Suggestion

Sherry is not the same as cherry liqueur.
