Stuffed Pancakes with Vanilla Ice-Cream and Chocolate Sauce

Recipe ingredients
- 4 homemade or sold on the market pancakes
- 3 cups (750 mL) vanilla ice-cream
- 2 oz (60 g) chopped sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) water
- 1/2 tsp. (5 mL) vanilla
Preparation
Place vanilla ice-cream in each pancake.
Wrap each pancake in film paper to shape into a cigar ; place in freezer.
In a saucepan, combine chocolate and water ; bring to a boil and stir until chocolate is melted.
Remove from heat ; add vanilla and let cool.
Before serving, remove pancakes from freezer ; remove film paper.
Cut each pancake in three parts and cover with chocolate sauce.
Suggestion
Layer bottom of serving plate with custard sauce sold on the market before placing pancakes ; cover with chocolate sauce and top with fresh fruits.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
