Recipe ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) 2% milk
- 1 cup (250 mL) fresh strawberries
- 1 banana
- 10 mint leaves
- ½ cup (125 mL) 0% plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) liquid honey*
Preparation
In a mixer or food processor, blend the milk, strawberries, banana, mint leaves, yogurt and honey until smooth and foamy.
Serve in 4 glasses that have spent a few minutes in the freezer so the dessert stays chilled.
Divide the whipped yogurt equally into each glass.
Suggestion
When serving a whipped yogurt dessert, accompany it either with butter biscuits or a slice of pound cake. Add some nuts and enjoy a quick breakfast!Occasion: Brunch
