Recipe ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) Becel margarine
- 1 cubed potatoe
- 1 leek, finely chopped
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cup (250 mL) finely shredded cabbage
- 8 cups (2 L) chicken stock, low in salt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Chopp all vegetables.
In a large saucepan, melt Becel margarine ; cook all vegetables (without browning them) over medium heat for about 1 or 2 minutes.
Add stock and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve very hot.
