Recipe ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) all-purpose flour
- 4 2-oz (60-g) noisettes of pork
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) Becel margarine
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lemon juice
- 4 minced green onions
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chicken stock, low in salt
Preparation
In a plate, toss noisettes of pork with flour.
In a Dutch oven, heat Becel margarine ; sear pork for 2 minutes on both sides ; set aside at low heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine all sauce ingredients.
Deglaze Dutch oven with sauce ; reduce for about 2 minutes.
Transfer pork into Dutch oven and continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Before serving, cover each serving plates with sauce ; place noisettes of pork.
Suggestion
To enhance the flavour of pork, add 1 tbsp (15 mL) of mustard powder and 1 tsp (5 mL) of garlic powder to flour.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
