Recipe ingredients

  • ½ cup (125 mL) soft tofu
  • ½ cup (125 mL) milk 2%
  • 1¾ cups (430 mL) Irresistibles orange juice*
  • ½ cup (125 mL) blueberries
  • ½ cup (125 mL) strawberries
  • 1 Irresistibles egg*
  • Honey* to taste
  • Optionnal gluten-free granola bars

Preparation

In a blender, mix tofu, milk, orange juice, frozen fruit and egg together.
Add honey to taste.
The drink should be thick and smooth.
