Recipe ingredients
- ½ cup (125 mL) soft tofu
- ½ cup (125 mL) milk 2%
- 1¾ cups (430 mL) Irresistibles orange juice*
- ½ cup (125 mL) blueberries
- ½ cup (125 mL) strawberries
- 1 Irresistibles egg*
- Honey* to taste
- Optionnal gluten-free granola bars
Preparation
In a blender, mix tofu, milk, orange juice, frozen fruit and egg together.
Add honey to taste.
The drink should be thick and smooth.
