Recipe ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) Becel margarine
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) maple syrup
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 3 cups (750 mL) minced bok choy
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chicken bouillon concentrate, low in salt
Preparation
In a saucepan, heat Becel margarine and maple syrup.
Add rest of ingredients ; cook, stirring constantly for 4 to 5 minutes.
Serve very hot.
Suggestion
Top with red peppers slices and sprinkle with grated cheese and roasted sesame seeds.Origin: Chinese
