Recipe ingredients
- 3 large bananas
- 1 cup (250 mL) flour*
- 1 cup (250 mL) butter*, melted
- 1 cup (250 mL) sugar*
- Irresistibles vanilla* to taste
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Grease a baking pan.
Peel bananas and cut into thick slices.
Lay the slices in rows in the bottom of the pan.
In a bowl, combine flour with melted butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Pour batter over bananas.
Bake for about 35 minutes.
