Recipe ingredients
- 2 x 5-oz. (2 x150 g) Irresistible individually quick frozen wild Pacific salmon fillets*
- As required Irresistibles organic canola oil*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Irresistibles pesto*
Preparation
Preheat barbecue to medium.
Thaw fillets, still in their packaging, in a bowl of warm water for 5 minutes.
Lightly oil the grill.
Remove fillets from their packaging.
Put the fillets on the grill and brush the centre of each fillet with pesto.
Cook with the cover down. Do not turn fillets over during cooking.
Check fillets after 3-5 minutes.
