Recipe ingredients
- 19 oz (540 mL) canned Primo white beans
- 4 halves marinated dried tomatoes finely chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) pesto
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) garlic salt
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) tabasco sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, purée white beans with a masher.
Stir in rest of ingredients ; mix well with a spoon.
Serve as dip with fried rotini pasta.
