Recipe ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) Kellogg's "All-Bran"
- 1 1/2 cup (375 mL) any grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) finely chopped fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
- 4 eggs
- Ground pepper to taste
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, stir in "All-Bran" Bran Flakes cereal, cheese, parsley and salt.
Spoon mixture in 4 greased ramekin ; scare a cavity in the middle.
Crack 1 egg in each cavity ; add ground pepper.
Bake in preheated oven to 350°F / 180°C for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Suggestion
Beat one egg with a fork and pour into cavity ; sprinkle with any grated cheese.Occasion: Lunch Box
