Recipe ingredients
- 12 ladyfingers
- 2 cups (500 mL) Nestlé Turtles ice cream
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) choice of frozen fruit
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen whipped cream
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) maple syrup*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) pecan pieces
Preparation
Line a 4 cup (1 L) rectangular pan 2 in. (5 cm) deep with plastic wrap.
Cover the bottom of the mould with ladyfingers; add 1 cup (250 mL) ice cream and spread evenly.
Add fruit and cover with the rest of the ice cream.
Mix whipped cream with maple syrup; spread on ice cream and top with pecans.
Cover with plastic wrap; freeze about 2 hours.
Suggestion
