Recipe ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) mayonnaise
- 2 cups (500 mL) sour cream
- 1 10 oz. (300-g) package frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed dry and chopped
- 1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ cup (125 mL) crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a 6-cup (1.5 L) casserole, combine all the ingredients.
Bake 35 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with pita chips or any other favourite dippers.
