Recipe ingredients
- 2 cups (500mL) freshly squeezed Sunkist® lemon juice
- 6 cups (11/2 L) water
- 1 cup ( 250 mL) sugar*
- 1 L ( 4 cups) strawberries, hulled, quartered
- As needed ice
Preparation
In large pitcher, combine lemon juice, water, and sugar. Blend well to dissolve sugar.
In a blender, place one cup sweetened lemon juice and strawberries.
Puree strawberries, adding more juice if needed.
Mix strawberry puree into the lemonade.
Chill until serving; stir well before pouring lemonade over ice into glasses.
