Recipe ingredients
- 4 small scoops Breyers® All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream (about 1 cup/250 mL)
- 4 small scoops Breyers® All Natural Chocolate Ice Cream (about 1 cup/250 mL)
- 8 large (3-in./7.5-cm) soft sugar cookies
- ½ cup (125 mL) whipped cream
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. (15 – 30 mL) chocolate syrup
Preparation
On 4 cookies, place 1 scoop each Breyers® All Natural Vanilla and All Natural Chocolate ice cream.
Gently press on remaining cookies, flat-side down.
Top with whipped cream, then drizzle with chocolate syrup.
On cookie sheet, arrange ice cream sandwiches; cover and freeze 1 hour or until ready to serve
