Recipe ingredients
- 2 fillets of John Dory
- Baby spinach as needed
- 4 clementines
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ tsp. (2 mL) Irresistibles Cayenne pepper*
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325°F (170°C).
Cover fish with spinach.
Peel clementines, separate into segments. Lay on top of spinach.
Roll John Dory up. Place rolled in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Season to taste and serve.
Suggested side dishes: Bean sprout and vegetable sauté.
