Recipe ingredients
- 8 large (3-in./8½-cm) assorted cookies
- 2 cups (500 mL) Breyers® All Natural Ice Cream
Preparation
On flat side of 4 cookies, evenly scoop Breyers® All Natural Ice Cream.
Gently press on remaining cookies, flat-side down. Smooth edges.
Place sandwiches on a cookie sheet, cover and freeze 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
