Recipe ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) any flavour Breyers® Ice Cream
- Chocolate baking crumbs and/or cocoa powder as needed
- Chopped nuts as needed
- Toasted shredded coconut as needed
Preparation
Roll rounded tablespoonfuls of Breyers® ice cream into balls.
Roll ice cream balls in chocolate baking crumbs and/or cocoa powder, then in nuts or coconut.
Arrange truffles in a wax paper-lined baking pan. Cover and freeze 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
