Recipe ingredients

  • 1 small, round chocolate-covered cream-filled cake (like Jos. Louis)
  • 1 small scoop Breyers® Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
  • Marshmallow* topping
  • 2 candy-coated chocolate candies (like Smarties)
  • Chocolate syrup in squeeze bottle

Preparation

To make a Monster, cut cake in half horizontally.
Place bottom half cut-side up on dessert plate. Put a scoop of ice cream in the centre of the cake and top with second half, frosted-side up.
For eyes, use two dabs of marshmallow topping with a candy in the centre of each.
For legs, squeeze chocolate sauce onto plate in squiggly lines beginning at base of cake.
Serve immediately.
