Recipe ingredients

  • 2 horned melons (kiwano melons) 
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Irresistibles plain yogurt*
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) white sugar*

Preparation

Cut melons in two and remove the central vein.
Scoop out pulp and reserve along with shells.
In a bowl, combine pulp, yogurt and sugar.
Spoon the mixture into the four shells.
Serve well-chilled.
