Recipe ingredients
- Duck liver mousse with port
- County style pâté with cognac
- Country style pâté with black pepper
- Duck à l’orange terrine
- Deer terrine
- Rabbit terrine with hazelnuts
- Dry salami with herbs
- All pork dry salami
Preparation
Ten minutes before serving, remove deli products from the refrigerator.
Using four different serving platters, set out mousse, pâtés, terrines and salamis.
Prepare baskets offering a variety of olive bread, foccacia, multi-grain breads and nut breads.
