Recipe ingredients

  • ½ package (170 g) Irresistibles cooked shrimp*
  • 1 package 250 g cream cheese, softened
  •  ¼ cup (60 mL) mayonnaise*
  • 1/2 tsp (3 mL) Irresistibles garlic salt*
  • 680 g snow crab sections
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tsp (3 mL) lemon juice
  • Sea salt,freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Pinch Irresistibles Cayenne pepper* 
  • crispy fried onion pieces 

Preparation

Coarsely chop the shrimp and place in a large bowl.
Add crab meat and the others ingredients and mix well, except onions pieces. 
Cover and refrigerate until needed. 
To serve hot, preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake on center rack for 15 minutes. Top each container of dip with equal amount of crispy fried onion pieces and continue to bake for 5-10 more minutes until dip is heated through.
Serve immediately.
