Recipe ingredients
- 4 taro corms
- Irresistibles extra virgin olive oil*, to taste
- 1 oz. (30 g) cheddar cheese*, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut an X on the corms and place them on a baking sheet.
Brush with olive oil and bake for 8 – 10 minutes.
Prick with a knife to test doneness.
Open taro corms along the cuts. Season to taste and top with shredded cheese.
Tip: Taro tastes somewhat like potatoes and can be cooked the same way.
