Recipe ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) whipping cream (35% m.f.)
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) sugar*
- 2 Tbsp.(30 mL) whiskey (preferably Irish)
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) Irresistibles coffee or espresso*
Preparation
Whip cream and 1 tsp. (5 mL) sugar until soft peaks form.
In a stem glass, combine whiskey and remaining sugar.
Heat the glass over a flame, turning it, until the whiskey flames.
Add coffee and top with whipped cream. Do not stir.
