Recipe ingredients
- 4 mignons leeks
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 1 cup (250 mL) white sauce (Béchamel)
- 1 1/2 tsp. (7 mL) Irresistibles Dijon mustard*
- 1/2 lb. (227 g) Irresistibles aged cheddar or Gruyère cheese*, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Cook leeks in boiling salted water or chicken broth for 15 minutes or so, drain.
Place a mignon leek on a slice of ham and roll up.
Place the mignons leek roll-ups in a gratin dish.
Prepare the white sauce, add Dijon mustard and season to taste.
Cover the leeks with sauce and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Suggestion
