Recipe ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) Red Grill Angus ground beef
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) chopped chives
- To taste salt, pepper
- 1 red apple, sliced
- 4 slices of goat cheese
- 4 Irresistibles Ciabatta Rustic rolls*
- To taste Irresistibles Dijon mustard*
- To taste arugula
Preparation
Preheat barbecue to high.
In a bowl, mix together beef,onion,chives,salt and pepper.
Make 4 squares patties.
Cook patties on the barbecue until thoroughly cooked and showing no pink
Top each patty with a slice each of apple and cheese.
Cook until cheese begins to melt.
Split Ciabattas lengthways and toasted a few secondes.
Spread mustard on rolls and slip in patties.
Serve with carrot-celeriac remoulade.
