- 5 ml (1 tsp.) Dijon Mustard
- 245 g (1 container) Boursin Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
- Juice of one lemon
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- Freshly ground pepper
In a bowl, whisk together mustard, Boursin Cuisine and lemon juice. Add oil slowly while whisking. Rectify seasonings. If the dressing appears too creamy, dilute it slightly with water.
Delicious with a green salad, this dressing will also enhance the taste of cucumbers, French endives and Brussels sprouts. Just for a pleasant change!
