Recipe ingredients
- 60 mL (4 Tbsp.) salsa verde
- 1 Irresistibles 10 x 10 ciabatta
- 2 oz (50 g) baby arugula
- 2 oz (50 g) thin-sliced Artisan slow-roasted honey-garlic ham
- 2 oz (50 g) thin-sliced Artisan old-fashioned oven-roasted beef
- 2 oz (50 g) thin-sliced Artisan Hungarian salami
- 4 oz (120 g) red pepper, zucchini and onions, pre-grilled
- 4 oz (120 g) Irresistibles sliced Provolone cheese
- Salsa verde
- 2 oz (50 g) fresh Italian parsley
- 1 green onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) capers, drained
- 4 Tbsp. (60 mL) Irresistibles extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Chop and blend salsa verde ingredients
in blender.
Cut ciabatta loaf lengthwise and open flat.
Generously coat each half with salsa verde.
Add in order, on one half of the ciabatta,
grilled vegetables, ham, salami, roast beef, cheese and arugula, allowing
ingredients to hang over sides.
Cover with second half of ciabatta loaf.
