Recipe ingredients
- Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) vodka
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Irresistibles* avocado oil
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) Irresistibles* extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Irresistibles* Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) honey*
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) chopped fennel
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- A pinch of salt
- Sufficient quantity, Irresistibles* gravlax
Preparation
For the sauce, whisk all the ingredients together to obtain a sauce the consistency of mayonnaise.
Slice the salmon into strips.
For each serving, arrange the salmon strips on a plate and serve with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) of vodka sauce.
Or, serve the salmon on warm rusks of Irresistibles* Harvest Grain Bread and top lightly with the sauce.
