Recipe ingredients
- 4 Irresistibles Allegro olive ciabatta*, sliced lengthwise
- Sufficient quantity, Irresistibles Dijon mustard*
- ½ lb. (225 g) Artisan Collection honey-garlic ham
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) unpitted black olive
- 12 cherry tomatoes in half
- 1 red onion, slices
- Feta cheese slices to taste
- baby spinach
Preparation
Spread the mustard generously on the inside of each ciabatta.
Top with slices ham, olives,tomato, onion and Feta.
Close the sandwich.
Place the Allegro ciabattas on an oiled grill.
Serve with an spinach.
