Recipe ingredients
- 1 mango, peeled and cut in large pieces
- 2 peeled peaches, cut in large pieces
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chicken broth*
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) Irresistible turmeric*
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) Irresistible curry*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) corn starch*
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) milk
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh, finely chopped coriander or fresh parsley
Preparation
In a saucepan, poach the mango and peaches in the chicken broth until the fruit is very soft.
Add the turmeric, and curry.
Pour into a mixer and purée.
Pour back into the saucepan.
Dissolve the corn starch in the milk and add it to the mixture.
Cook on low heat until the sauce thickens, about 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with coriander or parsley.
