Recipe ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) fresh mussels (about 3 dozen)*
- 2 Tbsp. ( 30 mL) sour cream*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) mayonnaise *
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dry white wine
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) Irresistibles Dijon mustard*
- 1 tsp. ( 5 mL) finely chopped chives
Preparation
Brush mussels under cold running water. Remove beards and discard. Steam mussels 3 to 5 min or until they open. Discard any mussels that remain unopened. Remove half of shell. Cool mussels. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon 3 mL (1/2 tsp) over each mussel.
