Recipe ingredients
- 400 g (3/4 lb) Germon tuna
- 1 lime, juiced
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) coconut milk
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) passion fruit juice
- 20 mL (4 tsp) finely chopped fresh ginger
- Fresh, chopped coriander to taste
- 1 mango, not too ripe, finely diced or julienned
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Cut the tuna into small cubes, season with salt and pepper, add the lime juice, coconut milk and passion fruit juice. Add the ginger and coriander.
Serve with finely diced or julienned mango.
