Recipe ingredients
- 1 x 400 mL O' Sole Mio Alfredo sauce
- 1 x 400 mL O' Sole Mio Napoletana or O ' Sole Mio Bolognese sauce
- 200 ml (1/2 Cup + 5 Tbsp.) water
- 350 g O' Sole Mio lasagna pasta
- 1 x 500 g O' Sole Mio ricotta cheese
- 450 g (1 lb.) grated parmesan cheese
- 450 g (1 lb.) grated mozzarella cheese*
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix the O' Sole Mio Alfredo and O' Sole Mio Napoletana sauce or O' Sole Mio Bolognese sauce with water.
In a flat rectangular 22.5 cm X 32.5 cm ("9""x 13") oven dish, pour 125 ml (1/2 cup) of sauce to cover the bottom of the dish.
Distribute the amount of sauce and cheese according to the number of layers of pasta
Place a layer of O' Sole Mio lasagna pasta and cover with sauce.
Then, add the ricotta cheese, followed by the mozzarella and parmesan.
Repeat steps by changing the direction of the pasta.
At the last layer, add the rest of the sauce, cover with cheese mozzarella and parmesan.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven for 60 minutes.
Remove foil 10 minutes before the end of cooking time and bake until cheese.
