Recipe ingredients
- 60 mL (4 Tbsp.) Irresistibles extra virgin olive oil*
- 3 cloves Chopped garlic
- 454 g Irresistibles fresh baby spinach*
- 350 g O' Sole Mio 3 cheese and spinach ravioli
- 1 x 400 mL package O' Sole Mio Arrabbiata sauce
- 75 mL (5 Tbsp.) coarsely chopped basil
- Pine nuts (optional) to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Grated parmesan and fresh parsley leaves to taste
Preparation
In a large frying pan, cook (brown) garlic and spinach in olive oil, over medium heat for 4 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling salted water according to directions as indicated on the packaging. Add O' Sole Mio Arrabbiata sauce in the frying pan, stir in basil and pine nuts and simmer 3 to 4 minutes over low heat.
Season.
Mix pasta with sauce.
In bowls, serve pasta and garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley.
