Recipe ingredients
- ¼ cup (60 mL) Irresistibles light Soya sauce*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) grated ginger
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) Irresistibles sesame oil*
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) brown sugar*
- 4 fillets of sole
- 1 broccoli florets only or 200 g Chinese broccoli, trimmed
- ½ cup (125 mL) coriander leaves
- ½ cup (125 mL) basil leaves
- 1 red chili, chopped (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Into a shallow dish, place soy, ginger,onion,sesame oil and sugar.
Add the fish and marinate for 5 minutes per side.
Place the fillets and marinade into a baking dish lined with baking paper. If you use a Chinese broccoli, place them on baking paper and top with the fish and marinade.
Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 15 minutes or until fish is tender.
Suggestion
To serve top with coriander, basil and chopped chili, if desired.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
