Recipe ingredients
- 2 Rio Star Grapefruit, cut into supremes
- 4 oranges, cut into supremes
- 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup (60 mL) pomegranate seeds (about 1 pomegranate)
- ½ tsp. (2 mL) orange zest
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) coarsely chopped pistachios
Preparation
Divide kiwi, oranges and grapefruit among 6 serving bowls.
Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
Serve immediately.
