Recipe ingredients
- 4 Rio Star grapefruit, cut into supremes
- 1 cup (250 mL) prepared strawberry glaze
- 6 tart shells
- Whipping cream* as needed
Preparation
Drain all juice from grapefruit supremes on a paper towel.
Carefully fold supremes into strawberry glaze.
Pour mixture into pie shells and refrigerate until firm.
Whip cream and top tarts with a dollop.
