Recipe ingredients
Preparation
In a large sauté pan, heat half the butter and vegetable oil and pan fry tofu. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, brown onions, pepper and mushrooms in remaining butter and oil over high heat, stirring all the while. After a few minutes, add garlic and ginger and brown.
Add reserved tofu and remaining ingredients. Simmer for a few minutes and serve as soon as consistency is creamy.
