Recipe ingredients
- 300 g Butter Caramel Chocolate Chips
- 270 g Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup(s) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- .25 cup(s) Malibu Rum (Coconut Flavored)
- 100 g Coconut Flakes
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Preparation
1) In a saucepan, heat condensed milk and bring to a light simmer. Add both chocolate chips, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Add coconut flakes and coconut flavored rum. 2) Lightly grease 9 x 9 inch pan (margarine or crisco. Do not use spray as the taste lingers on the fudge? 3) Pour mixture into pan, evening mixture out and set aside for about an hour or until set. ** Optional: Sprinkle with coconut flakes 4) Makes 16 servings (2 inch squares)
