Recipe ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) Red Grill Angus ground beef
- To taste salt, pepper
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Irresistibles Dijon mustard*
- 2Tbsp. (30 mL) horseradish
- 4 slices of goat cheese
- 4 Irresistibles Ciabatta Rustic rolls*
- 1small red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) chopped chives
- To taste letttuce
Preparation
Preheat barbecue to high.
Make 4 patties and season.
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish. Set aside..
Cook patties on the barbecue until thoroughly cooked and showing no pink
Top each patty with a slice each of cheese, cook until cheese begins to melt.
Split Ciabattas lengthways and toasted a few secondes.
Spread spicy mustard and garnish with onion, chives and lettuce..
