Recipe ingredients
- 1 Irresistibles Thin Crust Crustino Flatbread
- Irresistibles Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cups (500 mL) chopped, seeded tomatoes
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) slivered fresh basil
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Irresistibles Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Salami
- sliced bocconcini cheese
Preparation
Brush top of 1 Irresistibles Thin Crust Crustino Flatbread with a little
Irresistibles Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Stir together 2 cups (500 mL) chopped, seeded tomatoes, 2 tbsp (25 mL) slivered fresh basil, 1 tbsp (15 mL) Irresistibles Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1 minced garlic clove.
Spread over flatbread.
Top with thinly sliced Salami and sliced bocconcini cheese.
Bake in a 425º F (220º C) oven for 10 minutes.
