Recipe ingredients
- 1 600-g package Irresistibles Frozen Mixed Berries, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) Selection Unsalted Butter
- 2 cups (500 mL) Irresistibles Bio Organics Honey and Almond Granola
- 1 tsp (5 mL) pumpkin pie spice
- Irresistibles Whipped Cream
Preparation
Stir together Irresistibles Frozen Mixed Berries, granulated sugar and vanilla in a shallow 6-cup (1.5-L) dish. Spread out fruit in dish.
Melt 1/4 cup (50 mL) Selection Unsalted Butter. Stir in Irresistibles Bio Organics Honey and Almond Granola and pumpkin pie spice. Spread over fruit. Put dish on a baking sheet. Bake in a 350º F (180º C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Serve with Irresistibles Whipped Cream.
