Recipe ingredients
- 500 g CATELLI Linguine
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Irresistibles extra virgin olive oil*
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 jar (700 mL) CATELLI meatless pasta sauce*
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped fresh parsley
- 1 can (142 g) clams, drained and rinsed
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Cook linguine according to package directions.
Heat oil in a skillet set over medium heat; sauté onion and garlic until tender.
Stir in sauce, parsley and clams; simmer for 5 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve sauce over hot linguine.
