Recipe ingredients
- 1 Iceberg Lettuce
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 carrots
- olive oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Chop Iceberg lettuce and tomatoes and place in large salad bowl. Shred Carrots and add to bowl. In a separate small bowl, combine 1/3 of a cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Wisk well, and pour over salad. Toss and enjoy as a side salad.
Suggestion
Add grill chicken and croutons to turn this salad into a meal.Origin: Canadian
