Recipe ingredients
- 1 Smoked ham
- 125 mL Butter
- 4 Med. apples cored and chopped
- 250 mL Walnut pieces, toasted
- 125 mL pure maple syrup
Preparation
Heat ham according to package, usually 30 mins per pound. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add apples and stir fry over high heat until tender-crisp. Stir in walnuts and syrup, heat through. Ladle over ham slices.
Suggestion
